REHABILITATION PSYCHOLOGY AND NEUROPSYCHOLOGY FACULTY: Faculty position in rehabilitation psychology and Neuropsychology. The Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) at the University of Michigan Health System (UMHS) invites applications for a clinical-track assistant professor position for a psychologist with primary clinical interest in treating inpatient adults with spinal cord injury (SCI). We are looking for a colleague who is excited about the opportunity to serve as primary psychologist for the SCI service and to expand and enhance our existing inpatient programs. This individual will serve as an integral member of the interdisciplinary adult inpatient rehabilitation team, providing psychological services to inpatients with SCI, as well as traumatic brain injury, amputations, stroke, transplantation, and other neurological and musculoskeletal conditions. Outpatient opportunities may be available. Excellent clinical skills and ability to work as part of an inpatient team are required, as are experience with inpatient neuropsychological testing and ability to supervise postdoctoral fellows. The successful applicant must have a Ph.D. or Psy.D. in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA-accredited doctoral program, be licensed or licenseeligible in the State of Michigan, and have experience in rehabilitation and inpatient settings.
